Head of Staff Opening

Purpose: To live out the calling of pastor/teacher, preparing God’s people for the work of service in order to build up the body of Christ. (Ephesians 4: 11-12)

Mission: A family in Christ for the sake of others.

Position summary: The Head of Staff provides leadership as Head of Staff in addition to ordained pastoral responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to: worship leadership, pastoral care, program administration, and modeling Christ to the church and the community. Primary responsibilities of the Pastor will be to foster an environment of volunteerism and welcoming openness to the community as the church continues to transition from who we are today to who we are becoming.
